I booked originally the studio. That section was under renovation, and the room was upgraded to the lux room. We were very pleased with the upgrade. The room was very quite, clean and spatious ( for two adults and a child). We enjoyed very much. The brekfast was gereat, very good choices.

It is a very fine hotel, The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Their breakfast was outstanding. It is a clean hotel in the very center of the city, very close to everything.

Perfect location in the middle of Nevsky Prospekt. Nice and clean. Friendly stuff. Let us check in early. Price was pretty adequate as well. Highly recommend to anyone visiting St. Petersburg.

We stayed in one of the apartments, which has nice kitchen, washer & extra space. The hotel is on the busiest street in StP. But the apartment complex is inside of the gate and did not hear any noise at all. The hotel is located next to Metro station but it's walkable to anywhere, Hermitage, Moscow Sta, etc. The hotel staffs are very helpful :)
