Nevsky Forum Hotel

Spent there 3 nights. Everything was perfect! Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and fresh room! Definitely recommend it!

Check in was very simple and the staff so friendly. We were offered an arrival refreshment before being shown to our room.

Everything was perfect except the shower drain was very slow.It form a pool of water in the shower pan.

This is generally a good and clean small hotel, inside the rooms are much better than its narrow corridors. My first 2 nights was fine in an studio in the hotel building, I re-booked for an extra night via Hotels.com, and was told only at 12.30 the next day that I had to change right away to a room. The room they offered was not acceptable and eventually I paid more to stay in a better, but still small, room.Very nice and helpful staff, though some of them absent minded.

Luxurious room with a great view of the Nevsky ave, perfect location for a tourist who wants to enjoy Peter to the fullest with walking distance to about everything.

It is nice Hotel

The hotel is not very big, but is situated in the centre of Nevsky prospect. It's easy for us to go to other places from the hotel.

I've stayed for 8 nights in the standard room. Very clean, the room was a small, but has everything, very friendly stuff. Food in the restaurant is good and prices are reasonable. As negative, I'd like to mention a very slow elevator, and no smoking room policy. Otherwise, it was excellent

Room was nice, I am particularly happy with the level of service, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They even left a personalised letter in my room, welcoming me which was a nice touch.

Excellent experience I had in St. Petersburg, which I highly recommend
