Hyatt Centric The Woodlands

The location is excellent—having a Starbucks right at your doorstep and being so close to other great eateries was a real plus. However, there are a few areas where the hotel falls short: No Complimentary Bottled Water: It’s disappointing that only Elite members receive complimentary water. Charging $6 for a 500ml bottle in the room feels excessive, especially after paying a premium rate to stay here. This small gesture could go a long way in enhancing the guest experience. Outdated Gym Equipment: The cardio machines are clearly outdated—some still have iPod connectors, which shows how long it’s been since they were updated. A modern refresh of the gym would greatly improve the experience. Limited and Overpriced Breakfast: The breakfast selection was quite limited and overpriced, especially considering the abundance of excellent cafés and restaurants just a short walk away.

Staying here again is a must, and the highlight? The incredible breakfast! It’s a delicious reason to return!

Staff, excellent; location, amazing; property, beautiful; water pressure in shower, terrible. Shower turned off multiple times during use.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Woodlands during the 4th of July weekend. I truly enjoyed the location of this hotel. It is right in the center of Market Street with easy access to a movie theater, multiple restaurants and retailers, and even an H-E-B. The service provided by the hotel staff was good. They do have a restaurant in the hotel but we didn’t get to try it. The room we stayed at was the basic 2 queen bedroom. The only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room we stayed in was essentially 50% bathroom. The bathroom was too large for the room. I would have preferred that more of the space was used for a dining area. Otherwise, I would stay here again if visiting the Woodlands.

The location is the only reason I booked a room. (I live only 45 minutes from Cynthia woodlands pavilion. I will be driving home next time.)The room was adequate but there isn't room service as said online. The rooms are okay at best.

Wonderful team and comfortable rooms with a tailored feel to the friendly service. Parking was easy for our stay at a less crowded time. The garage parking is very close. Fantastic breakfast and Ruben was a wonderful host at the second floor restaurant. Ginger was so helpful as well. Walked a couple of minutes to Tommy Bahamas nearby.

Great stay; loved walking to shops and restaurants. Beautiful pool and deck area.
