"Romantic Getaway Hotel"

Nice hotel and location. Could not get the a/c to cool the room properly at night so had a hard time sleeping. Not sure if it is fixed to stay at a certain temp or not but people need a cool room to sleep. This is a boutique hotel so it really needs a few renovations to make it more friendly for female guests. Room also was very dark and needs better lighting. I would still recommend this hotel, but it does need to update a few things.

"Hyatt Centric is the place for me"

Whenever we go to The Woodlands we stay at the Hyatt Centric because of its location. It’s right across the street from The Woods pavilion and restaurants are within walking distance. Service, the bar and restaurant are great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great place to stay.

"Niced Hotel Close to Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion"

Nice hotel very close to the music venue. Good restaurants and shopping in the area, including an excellent Cajun restaurant right around the corner. Friendly staff and pleasant setting. Will try to stay there again when going to our next concert there.

"Memorial Day Weekend"

The Hyatt centric is the place to be. They're professional, and very attentive along with Excellent service and great ,happy hour specials. The room was very nice and spacious.,very nice decor. The mattress was super comfortable and the shower heads were Amazing

"( Bad ) Woodlands Hyatt Centric"

Not worth the money! Several disappointments. When i met with front desk to check out and let them know of my experience, she admitted "sorry we are going to remodel soon" "we are aware things are bad here!" Not worth the money unless you have a bunch which clearly is expected in this area of Texas

"Fantastic relaxing stay in The Woodlands"

The front desk staff was wonderfully helpful in all aspects including check in and questions about the local area. They kindly arranged for a balcony room to help us celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary.

No complaints.
