Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clear Spring by IHG

Basically your average hotel. I booked this because it was inexpensive and the reviews were decent. Not a bad stay for the location. I was upset that they did not have accessible chargers for an EV on site when that was part of the determining factor of booking it.

Such a great value, and such an unexpectedly pleasant stay! I needed a place to stop for the night (too tired to continue driving through a thunderstorm) so I pulled into the McDonald's in Clear Spring to use the WiFi. Reviews for this hotel literally feet away looked decent, so I reserved a room -- and I'm so glad I did. The staff give this hotel such a friendly and welcoming vibe. Everyone from the night clerk to the housekeeping staff to the morning check-out clerk said hello to me and was pleasant and personable, and I appreciate that so much! I had a room in the back facing greenery (room 209) so it was quiet and felt private even when I opened the shades in the morning. The room felt spacious with plenty of counter space at the bathroom sink, room for my luggage, and a place to sit other than the bed. Breakfast was abundant and hot and tasty, with pre-made omelettes and meats and plenty of yogurts for proteins as well as a variety of breakfast carbs. Indoor pool and workout area looked clean and inviting, I just didn't have time to take advantage of them.

The rooms are a little dated, but the staff and comfortable bed made up for it. Also, the breakfast was great! We are very picky, and we would stay here again

Our room could've been cleaned a little better as there was hair in the bathroom tub from the pervious person. The floor was not vacuumed.

Quite and spacious hotel close to the highway. Beautiful old town with an amazing views.

The hotel was a good stay. My daughter and mother thought the room a damp odor to it. The place was quiet and the breakfast was what I have come to expect from the Holiday Inn chain, of hotels.
