Pumilio Mountain & Ocean Hotel

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He was incredibly action-oriented, solving any issues we had with efficiency and a smile. One of the highlights was when we needed a late checkout, and without hesitation, he made it happen seamlessly. His problem-solving skills and dedication to customer service truly made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and comfort. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We arrived very late...midnight...during a downpour. The gates were closed and there wasn't anyone (apparently) on duty, but after ringing the bell at the side gate a very nice gentleman shortly appeared. We clearly had woken him up but he couldn't have been more friendly and helpful getting all six of us through the rain and into our rooms. The hotel is small, but tucked away and very pretty in a Pura Vida way!

The front desk was super hospitable and the room was modern and beautiful.

Nice place and great service, the staff is friendly and helpful, the property is really well equipped and breakfast was delicious. We will be back for sure!

Amongst all the hotels I saw, I’m glad I came here on vacation with my children. We all had a wonderful time. The room did need a bit of updating but the comfort made up for it. Had 2 queen beds double ceiling fans, AC worked lovely, TV. Bathroom was nice. All and all, Quiet peaceful up on the mountains. Just beautiful! Outdoor patio with kitchen, pool literally 2 steps away from my patio. Serenity at its best. Will be coming back again. Pura Vida

The hotel is small and it’s a 10 m ride to Jaco beach. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is superb and the beds are extremely comfortable. The ac worked really well and it’s clean. If you’re looking to get away from the hassle and bustle of everyday life. This is the perfect little hotel to stay at for vacation.

It was amazing. Definitely family friendly. Everything was good except bugs in the room.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was so delicious. Tje only negative is that there is no food besides breakfast. The hotel will order delivery if their guests want food.
