Room had bugs in it. Lots of noise from parking lot at night. Hot tub on deck had lots of bugs along with shower.

The place is fine but the VIP rooms are not great, closer to the street and next to a karaoke club that did group singing from 7pm to midnight on a Sunday! Wow, what a nightmare. Not exactly the hotels fault but it was bad.

Stay was lovely however difficulty with leaving early in morning. Ordered early breakfast didn’t arrive and trying to access the electric gates as no one appeared to be on site we could not open them till staff arrived 20 mins later with a remote. It is lovely place to stay but would strongly recommend gate issue be resolved for safety reasons

I couldn’t have asked for more, this is a boutique hotel, where they made you feel at home. Little kitchen with everything you need in each unit, plus, you get access to their main kitchen if you need any extras. Breakfast is a dream, freshly made. Pool was refreshing surrounded by lush and nature. We didn’t go to the spa but seemed relaxing in the middle of nature

Just amazing hotel, 5 min drive from downtown jaco, good clean rooms, with a small kitchen. We had view to the pool so easy to keep and eye on the children.

Steven was amazing, the property is beautiful clean well maintained a definite 10!!! Staff was always smiling recommended places to eat, exceptional accommodation. Each unit had an outdoor fully stocked kitchen, you could cook barbecue with a full size refrigerator extremely large room, basket of complementary snacks, highly recommended.
