Villa Diana Bali

lOBBY STAFF WERE FANTASTIC. HOUSEKEEPING WAS HIT AND MISS DEPENDING ON WHO CLEANED THE ROOM. HOTEL PROVIDES FREE PICK UP FROM AIRPORT FOR STAYS OVER THREE DAYS. FREE RETURN FOR STAYS LONGER THAN FIVE DAYS. POOL SHOWED POOR MAINTENANCE ON ARRIVAL HOWEVER IMPROVED. GOOD PLACE TO GO AND RELAX.K ONLY DOWN SIDE A BIT OF A HIKE TO SHOPS RESTAURANTS ETC.

We stayed in Villa 2 which was amazing, plenty of room and a beautiful pool. Not really suitable for younger kids but would be perfect for a family with teens

we've booked 3 bedrooms villa with private pool which is very private. First impressions when we walked into the room needs updating, there's no kettle in every room or in the kitchen to make cup of tea or coffee, air conditioning in my room was leaking, there's no microwave or cutlery in the kitchen, the fridge in the kitchen don't work and the kitchen floor very dirty. the only good thing about this villa is the staffs.

The service and Nasi Goreng is really good. However, the room that I had was full of spider on the roof and bed. When I ask for getting another room,the staff are really nice. The second room is clean and tidy. Just the first one is terrible Other than that everything is good.

Beds springy, bedsheets were sometimes stained when it's been changed. Aircon not cool, I was still sweating! Aircon needs upgrading!!!! Pool is warm not cool Breakfast needs better covering Shower head is too low, had to squat when I didn't want to hold the shower head

All we needed! Staff were exceptional go above and beyond. Pool was amazing! Best advice go deluxe on ground floor. Hotel is away from the hussle and bussle and only a $3 Aus taxi to surrounding suburbs.

The staff were attentive and friendly. We loved the pool and spent a lot of time swimming.

Stayed in the 3 bdrm villa was a pleasant experience with friendly staff. Reasonable price, but the only downfall was location it's a walk/ short taxi to anything. Would stay again

This small hotel feels like a family hotel,it sits in a quiet side street, has a lovely serene pool, most helpful staff, and the rooms were very comfortable. We were in a basic/standard room upstairs and could not fault it. These rooms are a modern western design but that did not disappoint us as we had just spent 2 weeks in traditional balinese accommodation prior to our stay at Villa Diana. It is within walking distance of everything, the beach at Double Six, the good shops on Jl Legian in Seminyak. If you did not want to walk the hotel has its own fleet of transport vehicles and drivers on standby. Everything was easy. We will stay there again.
