Food & room services are excellent .the hotel is located in the heart of the city.i advice to stay here whenever you come to goa.recepneisst choti & simran behaviour was excellent.

Nice to stay with ginger there is christmas celebration going on very lovely decoration and there is sanjana and chotti they are very helpful and professional at reception..

It was a great experience overall. The staff was very nice and polite, always willing to help and making us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I recently had a good and pleasant one-day stay at the hotel. I was impressed by the customer-friendly and excellent service provided by receptionists Simran and Aman, who were both very nice and helpful. One thing I noticed, which the management should look into is that there were no chairs provided for the receptionists at the front desk. This is a simple fix that would greatly improve working conditions. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would consider staying again.

Great hotel for a business trip to Goa if you are staying in Panjim. Best blackout curtains in a hotel. Simran was very helpful.

Only convenient part is the hotel location. However rooms are shabby, AC hardly effective. Even in the coffee shop no AC working. People have no place for breakfast and there is a chaos.

It was a wonderful stay with good food,staffs were polite and helpful. Laundry service was quick and food was tooooo tasty
