Good Facilities, rooms are clean, taste of food was good. Recommend for stay. Good Atmosphere and prime location. Very Good Service. Average amenities.

We stay at IBIS hotels and knew what to expect from a minimalist hotel like Ginger. We are happy that we chose this hotel. It is very well located. If you have a self-driven car, there is plenty of parking space inside the premises. The room was clean , comfortable and AC worked fine. Specially loved the hand-shower. On the negatives the TV has only limited channels and one doesn’t get hand-towels unless one asks for them and no body lotion at the toilet. They took a long time to fix our TV inspite of reminders. Also at places the hotel look jaded. No newspaper even in common areas. The breakfast at Rs. 499 plus taxes is value for money. Would recommend as the tariff is ( we did through Agoda) reasonable.

I stayed at Ginger Hotel Goa for a few days, and honestly, it was a really nice experience. The rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and everything worked smoothly. No hassles at all. But what really stood out to me was the food and the people at Qmin. The meals were simple but fresh and tasty, and I want to especially thank Priti, who was always smiling and made sure we were comfortable. She remembered small things from our previous orders and checked in to see if everything was fine. That kind of personal touch really makes a difference. Overall, it’s a good, comfortable place to stay if you’re visiting Goa. Nothing over the top, just genuinely good service and warm people. Would definitely come back.

The check-in experience was very poor. The person in the reception did not have the experience to talk to any guest. It's strictly a turn off for any traveller travelling to goa and coming in this hotel. Would expect a better experienced personel in the reception for a better check-in experience. No welcome drinks provided. Receptionist did not check the booking vouchers properly and when tried to tell her about all the vouchers/packages included during booking like breakfast, food voucher, welcome drinks, etc., she was not even willing or ready to listen to any queries or guests. Its very rude and unprofessional behaviour. Rooms were clean and with all necessary amenities. Food was average (better outside). Also there is a travel desk in the hotel which is renting scooty/bike/car at a price which is almost twice than any outside bike/car rent shop.

It was tremendous experience here . Special thanks chhoti sonali, Sanjana,subela and roshni, simran FNB team Mr sandipan natasha priti pankaj sanjib !!! Must say they helped us amazingly...
