Lancaster Hotel Manila

A nice hotel and it's not that expensive. Surprisingly, all the food that we ordered from their kitchen tastes good. I recommend trying their rice boxes particularly the chicken curry.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is fantastic. My room was ok but the bed was a little hard and it was very noisy but i was next to the elevator so other rooms may be better. It is very difficult to get a cab at this location because there is so much traffic. Overall a good value for the price

The toilet didn't flush the hotel maintenance staff spent over an hour to get it to flush when I had requested to be moved to another room. He told me that it was repaired. The next day the same problem happened again before I was move to another room. The staff left our door unlocked after cleaning. The elevator took forever to go from one floor to another. The hotel needs to be remodeled. The hotel over charge for its laundry serve. The hotel is in a good location near Star and SM Mega Mall.

I booked this hotel to catch up with my friends and we stayed for just a night. We booked a Suite with 3 bedrooms. The size is just right. We have 2nd flr for the rooms and I'm just a bit disappointed that 1 of them has full bed instead of a queen. The service was fast and staff were courteous. For a suite that has maximum capacity of 6 people, only 3 was allowed for the breakfast buffet so we were not able to enjoy our breakfast together. Wifi is good. The rooms are very well maintained and it's a good value for money. We will be back :)

Great service and staff, but location is very far from airport and tourist areas. With Manila's chronic travel problem, not recommended unless you are happy to stay in the local area.

We enjoyed our stay in Lancaster, staff are really friendly and helpful, food was really yummy and room is spacious and good enough although we smelled a bit of chemical when the room was cleaned. Although the aircon was leaking, staff were fast to fix it when we called for help. Our safety box was even accidentally locked by my daughter due to incorrect code but staff were so helpful to fix it for us. We will definitely stay there again and also recommend it to our family and friends.
