Lancaster Hotel Manila

The hotel exceeds my expectations with its value. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends

stayed here to celebrate my friends farewell party - the 2-bedroom fits 7 comfortably. bed though cannot be moved or the mattress re-used but still comfortable for sleeping.

It was good but most of the appliances do not work including the safe.

Would definately stay here again. Staff were so kind and friendly

Decent hotel, nice rooms and great view from the pool located on the roof. Hotel located 10min walk from Mega mall and 5min away from Shaw Blvd mtr station. overall we enjoyed our stay

Unforgetable bad experienced

This was my 2nd time staying at Lancaster.Terrible,, most of the things in the room were bad.Broken toilet.Bed was terrible unstable bed.Door doesn't lock when going out.2 tiny pillows plus they charge if you wanted extra pillows.Apart from the staff being super polite and friendly I am afraid will not stay at this hotel again.Unbelievable room tht we stayed in was a complete joke for the money we paid

Great locatin in Mandaulong. Near malls on Shaw Blvd.

The head staff at the breakfast buffet was not kind to other workers. The guests are able to hear about people he chooses to talk badly about, be it staff or guests at the hotel. This behavior makes the ambiance of the hotel restaurant uncomfortable and very negative. The staff at the breakfast buffet need to smile and be happy also....could he be the reason of their unhappy faces. Another thing is that the bathtub has a very bad smelling drain. It made me nauseous while showering. But, if you are booked there what can you do but suffer the smell. It was like showering in a sewer. So that killed relaxing in the bathroom (.

The hotel has on going construction when we arrived. Stayed for 2 nights and wanted to just cancel the 2nd night and just transfer to a better hotel but management did not allow even when I mentioned that room was too tight and was not comfortable with the on going construction.
