Lancaster Hotel Manila

Hotel elevators were under construction. Room is very clean. Bit problem with staff.

Good size bedroom but other facilities were not working i.e. Only 1 elevator was working so you have to wait at least 20mins. Found a small cockroach inside the room. Lobby was hot and lots of flies!!!!Not staying again.

Things that need improvement: 1. Elevator - only 1 out of 3 is working 2. Smelly lobby - smells like cheap motel 3. Interior - needs renovation

The bathtub is clogged. Towels/ bedsheets in dire need of replacement. Had to call repeatedly for maintenance and make up room service. Location is the only plus factor

disappointing. Hallway was hot, even the lobby. No complimentary supplies in the room, stingy in water, & toilet papers (we bought ours). No mirror in the room but the bathroom. Faucets need to be fixed, towels are old, elevators are hot - no aircon. Sorry, but the hotel needs to change, to get more foreigners as guests.

Just have to improve on wifi connectivity...rest all was amazing...

Nice hotel but needs renovations...kinda old.Food choices very few in their buffet breakfast.

All the hotel staff give comfort to the guests. Service is very good

Had to change room 3 times. First room, the key did not work and there was a terrible squeeking sound coming from the toilet. Aside from this the sofa smell liked someone just puked on it. 2nd room very untidy and hair stands all over the sofa and had a very wierd smell. 3rd room was a loft type, problem with this, there was no electricity and still not well kept. All the rooms have no sound proofing, a mere sneeze can probably resonate to every unit on the floor. One of the elevator is broken. Imagine going up and down just to complain. The walls on the hallway were full of cracks and was just patched up. The whole place was like an old condo that was turned into a hotel but was not managed properly. Did not end up staying here at Lancaster, had to forfeit the payment. Only good side is that the staff were very accommodating but they can't do anything because the problem is the establishment itself. Really disappointing.
