Lancaster Hotel Manila

exhaust was not working. u have to request what you need before they deliver to the room like microwave and thermos, wifi is weak. no smoking area

. We were suppose to use Sulo Riviera Hotel but unfortunately, did not offer anything but the use of their restaurants. So I cancelled it and chose Lancaster Hotel. The junior suite that we got had electric stove, a modest fridge and a microwave. We requested for kitchen utensils. They gave them to us absolutely free. That was the time we felt this home away from home. They have super efficient personnel that took care of room service and ITs that took care of our electronic services for free. The only thing that went wrong was that one of their elevators shut down and we had difficulty on going to and off our suite. I would have given them a 5 star if not for the elevator.

the road to the parking slot was really really bad, full of construction that has taken too long, lots of trash and garbage on the floor. room was ok. front desk lady was not very smiling face.

no power socket in room. service is poor

the worst hotel i have ever stayed in,dirty and smelly.and the check in and check out took far to long

Only stayed a night but they had improved on their linens and towels. The furnishings in dire need of replacement. Walls repainted. Do not even touch the curtains---very filthy.

The room has a bathtub but cover was removed so you cant use the tub. Air con was hot and cant be adjusted as they have set the temp permanently. Something was dripping from the ceiling which needs to be repaired.The food was good though and staffs were helpful.

It was a wonderful experience having stayed at Lancaster Hotel. It has a unique feature that made every guest feel so special. From the hotel staff down to their features and services, it offer overwhelming friendliness and warmness that is very true amongst the Filipino.

This is a hotel home away from home where everything is at your convenience..

The aircon always shuts dowm even you didn't put it on timer mode... it's a hassle because you couldn't sleep well becuase you need to turn in on once it turns off.
