Lancaster Hotel Manila

Nice and affordable. The pool is nice but i like it to have warm water.

Hotel is definitely showing it’s age, with old furniture and not so clean!

The reception was terrible and untidy. When I reached the room, the facilities are mostly unplugged. I have to call housekeeping to assist me with the stove and refrigirator to plug it. But they, too, were in terrible condition. Pool was worse. I think they just treat it with a lot of chlorine because it smeels like it. The way there too was wet. and I mean dripping. I got a 1 bedroom suite and GOD, they hid all of the bad things. The dining table was pressed against the wall where the two chairs were. when we had to eat, we saw a VERY delapidated and unupholstered dining chair.

I’ve stayed here for twice already with my family thats why I chose this again with my friends. Its accessible to areas we like to go to like ortigas and greenfield city and even makati. During checkin

Dingy. Creepy parking area. Creepy corridors. For the cheap price, its passable.

The location is best , but the experience towards the frontliners are not as what I am expecting. Not friendly and they dont bother about the guest

Poor ventilation, contaminated water in the pool. Poor ventilation, we perspire a lot though the aircon is on, dunno how they control the aircon, one minute working fine, the second minute in fan mode, we also experience some mosquito bites while asleep; Contaminated water in the pool, as proven by the mix of color blue & brown reflecting the water potability, end-up we did not use the pool. The way going to the parking lot is so steep, narrow & no directional light, that our car almost got the scratch

The room was fine and was always clean but the FD staff could have been better... 1) I paid the amount in full but the hotel staff asked me to forward the expedia confirmation number to their reservations email so I asked if she could not find it, she brushed my question off. 2) Around 8am we were ordering room service but they said since there's a buffet, they can't take any orders yet. 3) on checkout we waited for a long time before they let us go

Windows are very dirty. Flies are all over even in the dinning area. Staffs are nice.
