Lancaster Hotel Manila

Great location, but poor front staffs and no landline phone to outside calls. It was great before last time way back 2014 but now they falling apart. Sad to say.

This is not a hotel it’s a condotel , Location is not that Bad For the price, towel it’s so disgusting dirty old looking.

A lot of chinese are leasing and they are all occupying the elevator thus it is very hard to go up and down the building.

Staff are very accommodating. Good room service. Conveniently located and reasonable price;

The hotel staff kept on knocking just to remind about a lot lf stuff such as extra bill if you destroy something. Checking in the moring by ringing you door instead of doing a complimentary call. The lights and the ambience is to dark for comfort, no room to adjust it in your liking.

A terrible hotel. Internet is not stable. Room are dirty and not good condition Stain in the wall stain in the sofa Aircon is not workjng properly. Will never book this hotel ghey need a majot renovation.

The room was good but the breakfast as average. Great location for shopping around Mandalyuong

The hotel looked nice from the outside. It is close to the malls like Mega Mall and Star Mall. The room needs repainting. The refrigerator did not work. The kitchen sink was beside one of the beds. The bathroom and towels did not look clean. I felt itchy when I laid down on the mattress and I was worried that it had bedbugs in it. I will not definitely stay in this hotel again. 1 out of 5 stars.
