"Disappointed"

Good location

The hotel needs refurbishment. The seats in the lobby are all old and dirty chairs. Room is outdated and the carpet needs to be replaced. The reception staffs aren’t that friendly. I didn’t hear them greeting customers during my 5 days stay. Breakfast choices are too limited and disappointing. Even simple soy milk, you can’t find it there. This was my second time staying in this hotel but it is going downhill. I will not stay for the third time.

Location is conveniently 5mins to JR Sapporo station. Very convenient & accessible for rail transportation & convenience stores. Housekeeping was attentive & helpful. I only wanted daily change of towels & disposal of thrash. Yet they were concerned & still asked whether need full room cleaning. Room was comfortable provided with smartphone charger. This is really useful for non-Japanese devices.
