Rooms were clean and nice. Great location and fantastic breakfast.

The outdoor stairs going up to the room and the corridor were dirty, rusty, junky and very rough on the edges. Lots of junk outside. Not pleasant at all and not worth the money we paid.

Garden rooms were comfortable and spacious. Great food and amazing views from dining area. Staff were very helpful. There is access to a lovely walking path on the shore of the kinneret which leads both to the yarden beach campsite (with access to the water but no lifeguards) and the kinneret cemetery where famous poets authors and leaders are buried e.g. רחל.

There is no swimming pool but we knew this in advance
