Staff polite specially Mahmoud at 5th floor and all the recipients.

Every thing else. This isn't Ibis we know. Very sad and feel bad for them. Seems the owners just milking the facility and staff without reinvesting. They need to take care.

I have been a loyal ALL – Accor member and have stayed at ibis hotels on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, my recent experience at ibis was very disappointing. Despite my membership status and previous stays, I was asked to complete additional and unnecessarily complicated procedures without any clear explanation. Rather than being treated as a valued returning guest, I felt unwelcome. The most disappointing part was my interaction with Ismail. His attitude was unprofessional, and during our conversation I was told, “If you don’t like it, find another hotel.” Such a response is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and does not reflect the customer service standards I expect from ibis and Accor. I hope Daniel and the hotel management review this incident seriously. Guests deserve to be treated with respect, especially loyal members who choose to stay with the brand repeatedly.
