Very small room, no ventilation for smokers, too close room to the elevator with no soundproof so the lift's sound is in ny ears and that was so irritating. Also the fridge wasn't working

Very old , need full rehabilitation, bad smell every where , not clean .

Staff not helpful at all, no smile and not willing to help. Noisy collidors by room service staff.loud voices and banging the trolly. They think if it is day time means people are awake. I couldn't sleep neither day or night time. You can hear everything from the neighbor room. There were a couple in next room starting shouting then laughing then enjoying at 4am. I went to the airport at 6 am sleepless. Toilets are old and weird smell. The valley staff are so bothering. They keep on staring at you and talking loud in the lobby. They look like police officers. Securities at the entrance asked me to open my bag for literally no reason(probably because I did not give tips), the way he asked me to open my suitcase was with a very straight face and offensive look as if am a criminal. He needs to know it is a hotel and gests payed for a service and not making him uncomfortable from the entrance. Do ur job but be nice doing it.
