Grand Hotel Fasano

This is one of the best hotels i've stayed in the world. The staff provides superior customer service. Every person, every department, goes up and beyond to make your stay fabulous. The conceirge's are probably the strongest i've seen. They come in for the season, and they obviously pick well. The bar area on the lake has amazing servers! They make you so comfortable. The rooms, have air condoning, and you must only take a room in the main building with a view of the lake. The spa has so many fun areas. Not one or two, but seven or more, steam, jacuzzi, differnt types of saunas, a fun foot massage area, and a fun area to go from spa to outisde pool, with more types of water features. There is even a cold plunge. They have free valet service, and the Villa near by is one of a kind. Close enough to Salo, for a couple hour day trip. I'd recommend a lake view room. I couldn't get into the restaurants so I can't comment. One draw back, the queen beds, are two twin matresses pushed together, so you can feel the crack. owners need to get queen matresses, as the beds are never separated, it is on a queen frame!!!!

One of our favorite hotels in Italy. The property is breathtaking. The spa and pools were amazing, and the hospitality was outstanding. A woman named “Josie” (simplified name) who checked us in was one of the most kind people we met in all of Italy. She was so friendly and inviting and made us feel special after our wedding day. We only planned to stay one night but we just had to stay other night because it was such an incredible experience. The food was great, the drinks, just everything was above and beyond.

What an amazing experience, absolutely stunning hotel maintaining the true beauty of Italy. The room we had was spectacular, one of the best views. We enjoyed waking up every morning pressing the electric blind button to reveal a panoramic view of the lake, it really could not of been better. The hotel staff were all friendly and attentive, the 1940’s style bar with outside warmers was a treat. One of the best Old fashioned I had tasted over a game of backgammon - this I will always remember. The spa area, specifically the pool made a great start to the day. The pool tunnel to the adjoining outdoor pool was fun. The grounds and gardens were a pleasure to view from the balcony or take a stroll, although the hotel is situated in a quieter location you can walk to the nearest little town easily approx 1 mile which has stome beautiful bars and restaurants. We hired a car during our trip and the valet parking at the hotel made it nice and easy.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is old and lovely and our accommodation was a modern new suite which allowed us to experience the best of both worlds. The suite, which overlooked the lake, was spacious, with a huge outdoor space as well. It was well equipped and all around very comfortable. The food was delicious and the staff friendly, helpful and professional. We explored by car, many villages around Lake Garda and would recommend this location as a home base.
