Hotel Alfieri

Breakfast was nice and a lot of varieties of food. The location is excellent, walking distance to Lake Garda as well as local high street and shops, restaurants etc.

We have stayed in apartment Primavera, which is a good size apartment for our company of 4 adults and a toddler. However, the water pressure in the apartment was extremely poor that made showering virtually impossible. The shower was barely flowing and when someone opened the tap in kitchen in the same time the shower was literally only dripping. This is unacceptable especially for the money we paid for staying here. Can you imagine the inconvenience of not only to wash your own bottom but to get a 2 years old toddler showered with no water pressure? We mentioned this to the reception on day 1 and day 2, they sent over the maintenance twice but they eventually admitted they are unable to do anything to improve. The cherry on the top: before our last night I told the receptionist that we'll leave very early in the morning and she was very nice and accomodating and even got us a lunch pack in exchange for the breakfast that was a nice touch but not much for a company of 5. But she didn't mention that the doors will be locked until 8am and I won't be able to get my car out from the garage, meaning missing our flight home!!!! Thankfully I ran into a member of staff who was suspicious towards me wanting to get into the garage that early but he was kind enough to escort me down to see that I'm telling the truth so I could get my car and managed to catch our flight home. But it was only luck...

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück und ein toller Pool mit Ausblick auf dem Dach.

Der Lärm an der Hauptstraße, verursacht durch eine Firma direkt gegenüber, war früh morgens kaum zu ertragen. Selbst mit geschlossenem Fenster.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, free parking

Bathroom not very clean, didn’t bother to exchange the empty tissue box, blanket on the bed was very confusing and not so comfortable.

A me è piaciuto molto. Tutto. Cordiali simpatici e bella struttura organizzata. Letto comodissimo.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Rooftop-Pool ist sehr einladend und die Aussicht auf den See genial.

Die Dusche ist relativ eng.
