Location of the property was great and the underground car parking was a plus. Hotel entrance was nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good.

We felt the rooms were a bit of a let down, especially as the reception/ bar were lovely. The rooms are fairly basic, bed wasn’t overly comfortable and only one pillow. My wife’s biggest issue was the bathroom, the shower screen was plastic and very flimsy, and there was next to no floor space. It all made it feel like a hostel shower room. The cleanliness was an issue, the shower grout was mouldy and the toilet rim was also mouldy. Bathroom extraction fan didn’t work and the over all finish of the rooms was poor. We also had to leave a night early due to a family illness and asked for some flexibility regarding our stay which we were told no. Not very helpful.

Great posh hotel with lively rooftop pool. Excellent staff nice rooms. Clean and comfortable. Incredible free breakfast buffet. You won't need lunch.

Location was maybe an 8. Nice area with a quaint town feel. Near beach as well. But a bit away from the castle. Room was on small side.
