Excellent hotel. Staff very helpful and attentive to detail with good facilities. Food very good. Ferries and transport are very close to the hotel premises making travelling easy to all other towns. Overall an excellent stay in a breathtaking area

guests that pay over 1700 usd per night should be told that their room is over the front parking area / lobby/ restaurant. the noise level in the room all day AND late inti the night was awful. it was hot with no air con so windows had to be opened. the hotel is lovely and old but noise is awful.

"Excellent"

The only think I did not like was that in this time of the year the AC is not operating yet and it was quite hot in the room, but the rest was perfect.

"Terrific Hotel but ask about the air conditioning"

The Hotel is beautiful with terrific rooms and beautiful decorations. The problem was that when I made the reservation the hotel informed the amenities that included the air conditioning. To our surprise the Whole hotel turn the air conditioning off during this period. So we have to sleep with a manual small fan, and the terrace door open , which brought some additional noise and light. I believe a 5 star hotel like this one should be transparent on what are the amenities they are offering and I strong believe that they should offer the air conditioning and the guest should choose to turn it on or leave it off.

"Bad experience "

We booked lake view with balcony room. But the room was small and the view was side part of lake view with view their hotel roof top. Bad view, so we called asking to change the room and front desk person was not nice and refused it. Also the hotel has bad sound protection. The wall is thin, so I can hear the noise from next door all night. Not worth of our money to spend on this 5 star hotel.

The location is great. The staff and services are suitable for barely a 3 stars hotel. Rooms are outdated and don’t have basic amenities that are standard in 5 star hotels. Bad value for money
