Bella la posizione in un bel parco, con vista stupenda sulle colline....Bella la camera , pulita e comoda....Buona la cena .

La colazione è varia, ma con pochi prodotti del territorio, sono soprattutto confezionati. Non ci sono prodotti omaggio in bagno...il bagno un po' piccolo.

La posizione dell'hotel era su di un poggio dove si vedeva Montalcino all'orizzonte. Dal terrazzo dell'hotel , dove si è cenato, si vedeva un bel panorama con tramonto annesso. Anche il parcheggio per le biciclette era sicuro, vicino alla reception.

il costo della cena, per i miei gusti un pò alto, potevano avere un occhio di riguardo in quanto eravamo in sette e dove avevamo prenotato 3 camere a Gennaio.

Pěkný hotel, ikdyž je už trochu starší, pěkná zahrada s bazény, lehátky, čistý pokoj

Kvalita na tři hvězdy odpovídající, ale za ubytování si řekli 220 EUR za 2 osoby za noc a to bych za tuto cenu očekával daleko lepší kvalitu. Ne moc ochotný personál a katastrofální snídaně, kdy už v 9 hodin chybělo skoro všechno (vajíčka, slanina, pečivo, uzeniny, sýry, zelenina, sladké,...). Personál to začal řešit až na naše upozornění.

La piscina anche se non ho potuto usufruirne a causa del mal tempo.

La camera che non era rispondente alle foto risultava squallida, dotata di mobilio molto vecchio e poco curata. La colazione è stata poco soddisfacente e la sala andrebbe un po' rinnovata. In nessuno degli spazi anche comuni c'è cura. La strada per accedere al parcheggio riservato è dissestata.

una struttura con una potenzialità enorme, spazi esterni stupendi ma poco valorizzati e curati,

il personale all'accoglienza non è per nulla cortese e professionale, in un weekend di ponte ancora non viene garantita la sicurezza in piscina ed il personale sembra inesistente, alla colazione finiscono parecchie cose prima dell'orario previsto e non vengono integrate (eppure lo sanno quanti sono gli ospiti presenti) inoltre per la cena il prezzo convenzionale di ben 39 euro a testa si poteva avere solo cenando tutte le tre sere di permanenza, veramente assurdo
