Das Personal, hauptsächlich an der Rezeption, gibt einem das Gefühl..... schlecht.... Das Haus hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Waren 2018 schon einmal da, da war es auf jeden Fall noch besser.

The location was incredible and the hotel js very lovely with wonderful terraces overlooking the lake.

The pool wasn’t a great size for swimming. Also they included a service tip on the final bill even though we paid a tip for meals and drinks. It’s optional to pay but when it’s included in the price and you must ask to remove it that’s embarrassing so we left it on.
