Tout était parfait. Le personnel est très sympathique et l'accueil parle français. Chambre confortable et très propre. Très bon petit déjeuner et bon restaurant à prix correct. Emplacement au top.

"Hier fühlt man sich willkommen!"

Tolle Lage direkt beim historischen Zentrum Bavenos und von der Seepromenade nur durch eine Durchgangsstrasse getrennt (weshalb es manchmal etwas lärmig ist). Im Hotel hat es eine grosszügige Lounge/Bar und diverse weitere Aufenthaltsräume. Die Umgebung, ein hübscher kleiner Park, ist sehr gepflegt und bietet zahlreiche Sitzplätze in der Sonne und im Schatten. Allerdings haben wir beim Pool eine Umkleidemöglichkeit vermisst. Das Personal: immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! Frühstücksbuffet: sehr reichhaltig.

Nur mittelmässig fanden wir das Nachtessen, das wir einmal im Hotel eingenommen haben. Diverse Restaurants liegen allerdings in der Nähe.
