Le personnel était très à l'écoute et très sympathique. Les tables du restaurant dans le jardin d'hiver donnent une vue sur le lac et en cas de mauvais temps cela est agréable malgré la route entre les deux. On a pu laisser notre voiture le matin de notre départ sur le parking. Bon rapport qualité prix du repas du soir au restaurant.

"Consigliatissimo! Speriamo di tornarci presto!"

Hotel a 3 stelle ma che ne meriterebbe almeno 4 sia per i servizi che per le camere, le nostre nuovissime!!! Pulizia delle camere davvero ECCELSA e sono molto puntigliosa. Parcheggio enorme e gratuito. Servizi Top (tra cui piscina-palestra) e personale gentilissimo e super disponibile. Ci hanno prenotato tutti i ristoranti, consigliandoci anche in base alle nostre preferenze espresse. Colazione buona e varia. Posizione TOP, a due passi dal lago e dal porticciolo di Baveno da dove partono tutte le barchette per le isole Borromee e zone limitrofe. Ciliegina sulla torta, al momento del check-out ci hanno omaggiato con dei biscottini fatti in casa tipici della zona. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!!!
