Organisation des Frühstücks, die zu Wartezeiten führt und eher mässige Qualität des Gebäcks.

Location of the hotel was excellent, so central and the staff couldn't be more accommodating, the breakfast was exceptional with so much choice

This doesn't change our Excellent rating but because the hotel is so central and we hit the graduation celebrations on the Friday/Saturday/Sunday, we didn't get much sleep but that's not a reflection on the hotel itself. We were kept fit by the stairs - 2 flights and carrying our cases as there is no lift, but again, there's so much Excellent stuff we didn't mind

Price, location and staff are just perfect. We went with our two teenagers and it works perfectly. The hotel is close to all the main attractions in Bologna.
