Hotel Accademia

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt in der Altstadt gelegen. Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Gute Betten.

Wir hatten vier Einzelzimmer die recht einfach und eher klein waren. Zum Schlafen jedoch genügend. Frühstücksbuffet eher spartanisch gehalten und das Platzangebot im Frühstücksraum auch bescheiden.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und Parken au Vorbestellung im Innenhof möglich. Personal hilfsbereit und Frühstück und Zimmer sind gut.

Perfekt Lage

Great location and comfortable room until the second night. The air conditioning unit started leaking water so we switched it off and reported it to reception. The guy on reception was apologetic but couldn’t fix it and found us a single bed room which we accepted rather than staying and listening to the water dripping, we were also concerned about mix of water and electrics with a light switch underneath the unit! Reason for 2 stars was the rudeness of the man on reception the next morning. He blamed us for choosing to move to a single bed, accused us of overreacting to “a couple of drips” after we asked for a refund of our second night. It was a 20th wedding anniversary celebration which was marred by a completely unnecessary rude response to what was a genuine issue.

The air conditioning in the room was pretty strong, which helped a lot, as there was a heatwave when I visited. The location is pretty good, just a few minutes walking from the Two Towers. The window was pretty thick, so no sound came from the street.

The room door did not prevent any sound from coming in. Everytime someone passed by my room, I woul hear everything. The shower head next to the toilet (yes, I mean this) is very easily activated and then you get the floor all wet. The breakfast was pretty standard, nothing remarkable about it. And it was one of the most expensive stays of my trip even though it was not one of the best hotels.
