"Very nice hotel."

The location was good. The property, room and pool areas were nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were given a nice gift in respect of an issue with our room.

We had an issue on arrival regarding the toilet which wouldn’t flush and kept producing water. We were able to use another room’s shower facilities. I then asked if we could move room which solved the problem.
