It was amazing experience! Hotel was super nice and clean and very convenient 👌. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would come back again here and also kids friendly. Loved it❤️

While we enjoyed the stay and the convenience of the pick up experience, and good bedding. The staff was generally kind.

However, I don’t think this was a 4 stars experience: 1. Drop off and pickup are only available from 9am-6pm, the hotel provide no support outside this timing. We arrived at 7:30pm and had to wait almost 2 hours to arrive e to the hotel due to lack of transportation - despite mentioning traveling with a young kid. The hotel didn’t even try to find a transportation, and blamed us. 2. Hotel is very slow to respond to any inquiries on booking.com 3. One of the room had a shower broken for 1 full day! It ended up leaking all over the room and the hotel offered no type of compensation whatsoever however. Leaving them with no option to than shower in another room we rented 4. The hotel made an agreement to add a night at booking.com genius price, which I agreed. The online price increased after and they asked more. Despite a previous agreement. 5. When discussing any of those matters (price increase and broken shower, the business owner proceeded to shout at us violently). 6. Not enough towels in the large room. Thanks fully the staff was very quick to address this This is not what I expect from a 4 star hotel, and I would have had hope for them to be more proactively.

"Medium, for the price we were hoping for more"

Entrance is nice, building is good

We had a problem in our bathroom that resulted in a horrible sound at 2am. Something with the toilet, sounded like someone was drilling with a huge power drill. That, combined with the bed that wasn’t as comfortable as you’d expect for this price caused us to not have the best night’s sleep. Staff offered us apologies and a bottle of limoncello for the inconvenience

This hotel was great for us. The hotel is well kept, nice bathrooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast. It’s just a few steps to the bus stop and to the central area in Anacapri. Walking distance to the Monte Solaro lift and the Axel Munthe museum/house: Villa San Michele, an amazing experience.
