It was gorgeous, historic, once in a lifetime opportunity! Had wanted to stay in a variety of places, one being a castle. Had that opportunity here and so happy! Loved walking the ramparts outside the walls. Views amazing. Accommodations superb, staff cordial and helpful. Breakfast delicious!

"Decent stay, but expected more from a Paradore."

Beautiful grounds. Clean room. Lovely views.

Restaurant was acceptable, but expected a bit more from a hotel of this caliber. Elements of the room could be improved - bathroom door sticks, hair dryer was broken, toiletries container broken. Distance from town is a bit inconvenient if you want to try other restaurants.
