El desayuno que siendo buffet libre tienes que pedir los platos calientes y tardan como 10 minutos en servirte cuando tienes media hora para desayunar

The bar staff was friendly. The room was nicely decorated.

Asked for a mountain view, received a parking lot view. The entire reason for our visit was the mountain view. Extremely rude reception staff. Why even work in hospitality if you hate tourists? Why work in reception if you can't pretend to be a friendly person? The middle age Spanish woman at the front desk should be fired. So grossly rude, even though we were polite. We will never come back. Do not recommend. Entire staff needs to be retrained.

Location is special, big room with a winter garden style terrace with stunning Mountain View’s, good breakfast, nice dinner too, close to cable cars for easy access to the mountains hikes

Little chaotic, seemed a bit under staffed, but in all fairness the staff who were working they dealt with the busyness well.
