"Agradável surpresa"

A simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários da recepção. O quarto e o hotel foram uma agradável surpresa pela qualidade e zona envolvente. Quarto com muitas comodidades e espaçoso. Seguro para deixar a mota.

Restaurante. Comida muito cara para a qualidade. Os funcionários do restaurante têm experiência mas devem ter mais cuidado na forma como interagem com os clientes. Pequeno almoço estive mais de 10 minutos à espera dos ovos por esquecimento da funcionária, fiquei com o café e torradas frias à espera, nada de grave mas para algo caro fica a lembrança.

"Exceptional place to stay for enjoying the mountains."

Location, location, location, rooms were large by European standards and clean and comfortable.

Hotel staff was good; restaurant staff was so-so - they got the job done and the food was fine - which was OK since we didn’t want to linger. Seems like they could use a few more staff at breakfast.

"El entorno es excepcional!"

El desayuno y comidas muy rico. El entorno es precioso. Subir en el funicular que está está muy cerca del parador.

Las almohadas muy blandas Había grietas en las paredes del baño. Se nota descuidado La comida muy cara

The location was spectacular and the hotel was lovely. Staff were pleasant and very helpful.

The bed was very hard so found it uncomfortable.
