"Weinig klantvriendelijk en niet flexibel"

Goede ligging voor een bezoek aan de Picos de Europa

Het gebrek aan flexibiliteit was ronduit stuitend. Door omstandigheden vroegen we of we ons verblijf een nacht konden vervroegen. Dat was niet mogelijk want was tegen de policy van het hotel. Het was laagseizoen en voor beide nachten waren er nog voldoende kamers beschikbaar…onverklaarbare beslissing omdat we ook van plan waren te blijven voor het avondeten. Uiteindelijk hebben wij voor een ander hotel gekozen met een “no-show” boete van 99 euro tot gevolg. Jammer voor ons, maar ook voor hen: gemiste inkomsten én een slechte review!

I forgot my passport, money, jewelry in the safe. They kept everything until I returned to pick up. I am very grateful that I got all back. The Hotel has an amazing location as well, few steps sways from the cable car. Nice environment.
