If you want a head-start to miss the crowds for the famous Cares George walk this is the place to stay. Just a couple of minutes walk from the start it is ideal. In all we stayed here three nights and also did the walk to Bulnes, which also starts just up the road, and also visited Covadonga from here. The breakfast and rooms are basic but the evening meals were nice as was the friendly manager.
The hotel is in such an awesome location - for the Ruta de Cares Walk, literally right there at the start of the walk. The staff here are the friendliest around, very welcoming, very helpful and make your stay awesome! The Cafe serves an awesome complimentary breakfast, and the meals and drinks there are wonderful!!!

The manager was very friendly and attentive during our stay. The issue with the hotel is that noise carries through the hallway into the room.
Great location for hiking the Ruta del Cares. The hotel is less than .25 miles from the start of the trail. The hotel is comfortable and the food at the restaurant is great! We really enjoyed our stay!
Buena relación calidad precio. Personal muy atento y ofreciendo información sobre la zona. El desayuno es sencillo ¡pero riquísimo! Nuestras habitaciones tenían mute buenas vistas y es muy conveniente que esté tan cerca de la ruta y que también tenga restaurante, aunque de carta limitada. Sólo eché en falta tener secador.
