El personal amabilísimo

La piscina exterior estaba en obras. No lo avisaron en ningún momento y no hubo ningún tipo de compensación por no poder usarla sin saberlo, a pesar de hablar con recepción. Ahí la atención al cliente falló. Además, que se sepa que no se pueden guardar los puntos de Amigos de Paradores si la reserva se hace a través de Booking.com
