"We love Paradores"

We are not 100% sure but we assume that the Parador is the top hotel in Merida and it is nice to have a heritage hotel when you are visiting a heritage city.

"enjoyed stay"

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel, it was full of character and the staff were very friendly and helpfu, especially Alberto. We will most definitely stay there again when we next visit Merida.

"Standards slipping"

I have stayed here before and certainly felt that standards had slipped this time. Service was very slow and staff sometimes unhelpful. Although I was there three nights, no attempt was made to repair the damaged air conditioning control I reported on the first morning. That said, the building is impressive and the location superb for visiting the wonderful sights in this city.

"Beautiful Parador"

Truly lovely. Pool and gardens are perfect. Staff friendly. Rooms clean ,tidy and very Spanish. Food is exceptional.

"AC in Merida"

Paint peeling off back of bathroom door. Just needed a bit more upkeep.
