Grupotel Amapola

The value for money was honestly a 10/10. We booked well in advance and got an amazing price. The breakfast was absolutely incredible with a huge variety of options, and our room, though on the smaller side, was very comfortable and featured a beautiful lake view with a lovely little balcony. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the beach in the very peaceful area of Playa de Muro, and the free beach towel service was a great extra perk.

The atmosphere wasn't very youthful, as there weren't many couples around our age. Since the area is so quiet, the only cool spot nearby for a young couple was Nu Mallorca, and there isn't much else to do around. Additionally, the air conditioning wasn't very strong, and having only one elevator for 5 floors meant we often had to wait.

Personal maravilloso y muy cercano, habitación cómoda y muy limpia y desayuno con variedad. Lo escogí por cercanía al hospital donde tenía familiar ingresado, y sin duda fue una gran elección.

A little far from the seaside than we are used

A comida é muito muito boa. Ao almoço podia haver mais variedade, mas havia sempre muita comida, e ao jantar era sempre diferente. A piscina era muito grande e tinha muitas espreguiçadeiras. Estava tudo muito limpo sempre.

Faltava animação. Havia 2 pessoas responsáveis pela animação mas não sei o que faziam porque nunca faziam atividades

It was extremely clean and well maintained. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and the main street where all restaurants are. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar, swimming pool and a mini arcade room. Breakfast was incribly rich! The view of the lake was top-notch!

Room was a bit smaller than expected. Room TV could be upgraded to a newer model so we could watch YouTube or connect our phones to it. Details only...

Struttura pulita e ben tenuta. Le camere sono un po’ piccole ma comunque accoglienti e funzionali. Il bagno è moderno e molto bello. Nel complesso il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono. Anche il cibo è risultato soddisfacente, con piatti semplici ma ben preparati. Esperienza positiva nel complesso, consigliato per chi cerca una soluzione pratica e pulita senza troppe pretese.

il personale non parla italiano, questo può creare qualche difficoltà nella comunicazione. Tuttavia, sono stati comunque gentili e disponibili.
