Das Bett war sehr unbequem, die Musik rundum sehr laut täglich bis 23 Uhr

Muy bien todo, buena relación calidad-precio, ubicación muy cerca de la playa y de tiendas y restaurantes, buena zona. El buffet está muy bien. El hotel es tranquilo, tiene algún espectáculo todas las noches.

La habitación estaba bien limpia al llegar pero el único día que pusimos para que la limpiaran en el baño no se veía que lo hubieran limpiado mucho, solo cambio de toallas. Aunque en general ha estado todo bien.

Alles war einfach top! Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Hygiene lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Morgen gründlich gereinigt, das Bett frisch gemacht und wir haben täglich frische Handtücher bekommen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen war super lecker und sehr abwechslungsreich.

Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln, alles war perfekt.

We had a wonderful stay at Groupotel Amapola and are extremely satisfied with our experience. The hotel's greatest strength is undoubtedly its staff. They are among the kindest, warmest, and most welcoming people we have ever met during our travels. The bar and restaurant teams were always friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel at home from the very first day. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options every day. A special thank you goes to the chef, who went above and beyond for our 10-month-old daughter by preparing fresh, boiled, and unsalted meals for her at every mealtime. This level of care and attention meant so much to us and made our family vacation much easier and more enjoyable. The rooms may be a little dated, but they are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also greatly enjoyed the tennis court, which was a fantastic addition to our stay. Overall, we are very happy with our experience and spent a truly wonderful and memorable holiday here. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work, kindness, and hospitality. We would be delighted to return in the future! ❤️

Izby sú ako na obrázku, kúpeľna zrekonštruovaná, izby čisté-upratovačky upratovali každý deň-bielizeň čistá, k dispozícii toaletné poteby, sprcháač, fén, personál milý, klíma a wifi fungovali dobre, výber raňajky aj večere bol bohatý, autobusová zastávka 3min od hotela-busy chodia každých 10-15min na všetky smery, v okolí reštaurácie, bary, obchody, supermarkety, tur. atrakcie aj prírodné atrakcie, more plytké a teplé, minigolf, hracia miestnosť

- mäkšie pružinové matrace, na oknách nie sú sieťky proti hmyzu, žiadne fitko, pri polpenzii nemáte nárok pri večeri na žiadne nápoje (ani vodu)!, izby otočené k hotelu oproti sú rušné! - keďže izby sú otočené k bazénu a podiu oproti stojaceho rezortu od 10-23:00 hrá nonstop hlasnejšia hudba,
