Hôtel Relais des Landes - Demeures et Châteaux

Magnifique endroit . Ce qui est vraiment domage , C'est qu'un endroit comme celui ci , 4 étoiles, soit tenu par des gens niveau 1 à 2 étoile. L'endroit , par le manque de professionnalisme , perd considérablement de sa valeur . Une rénovation moyenne . Ça manque de frais . Le ménage est vraiment moyen . Vraiment domage . Un lieux pareil doit être tenu par des personnes de niveau correspondant . Ça ne donne pas envie d'y retourner . Ça pourrait être tellement mieux . Le personnel est gentil mais manque de professionnalisme certain . Les personnes qui ont repris l'affaire ne correspondent pas du tout . C'est vraiment une horreur . Ils gâchent complètement ce lieux magnifique . Rien d'exceptionnel au niveau restauration... tout n'est pas "finis" . Du moyen . Et puis malheureusement absolument pas commercial. Limite voleur... vraiment domage . Ils ne font rien pour que cela soit parfait ,et il en faudrait vraiment peu pour que cela le soit . Vraiment vraiment domage .

Chambre très calme avec une bonne literie. Robinetterie de la salle de bain aurait besoin d'être rénovée par exemple mettre un mitigeur à la baignoire. Cependant nous avons été très étonnés de devoir remplir une fiche de police et de produire une pièce d'identité à l'arrivée.

This hotel is serene and beautiful. The restaurant has incredible food that is a delight! We ate dinner both nights we stayed and felt it to be our best meals during our travels.

There was a mixup regarding one of the rooms we had reserved, though the mistake seems to have been on the part of Hotels.com or should I say Expedia, they showed me what Expedia sent them, I showed them what I reserved, NOT the same at all. Otherwise our stay was fine except the large triple room which became a small twin room with beds pushed together was very tight. We had a nice meal in their restaurant again with friendly helpful staff. The building itself is very lovely with some of the original features, though the rooms did not retain these features. The grounds are lovely, though we were there in January so were unable to enjoy them.

hôtel accueillant dans un environnement très calme. Personnel à l'écoute et discret. Chambre confortable sauf les oreillers trop fins à mon goût. Le restaurant est bon et copieux à sa juste mesure ni trop ni pas assez. A refaire :)

Nice location and good restaurant - helpful staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and service in the restaurant was very good. Unfortunately, the restaurant lacked atmosphere. It was so quiet, as well as hearing other peoples conversations we could also hear them crunching on their toast. We had to talk very quietly. We think that if they played some background music, it would make a big difference. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.
