"I loved the hotel's prime location near both the beach and the city, as well as the beautiful views from some of the rooms. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, and the restaurant team—especially the manager—were highly professional and kind."

- Poor Preparation: We informed the hotel that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, but there was absolutely no preparation or recognition of our special occasion. - Misleading Room Size: Booking.com stated the room was 20m², but in reality, it was barely 10m² and felt incredibly cramped. - Uncomfortable Bed: The double bed was very small, and the mattress was so uncomfortable that it caused us severe back pain. - Tiny Balcony & Bad View: The balcony was too narrow to fit a single chair, and the view was disappointing, looking directly onto facing buildings. - Unhelpful Management: Although the receptionist kindly reached out to the manager for a room swap, the offered alternative was even worse, with a poorer view. - Old Amenities: The furniture throughout the room felt severely outdated, and the towels provided were old and worn out. - Misleading Parking Info: The listing promises free parking, leading us to believe there was an on-site lot. Instead, it is just crowded street parking where finding a space is nearly impossible. - Tiny Elevators: The lifts are exceptionally small and can barely squeeze in two people at a time. - Small Pool: The swimming pool is tiny and only suitable for small children. - Overall Impression: Unfortunately, the stay completely failed to meet our expectations.

Die Aussicht und dass, das Hotel sehr zentral liegt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 3 Minuten erreichbar.

Der 5 Stock was sehr laut. Einmal durch spielende Kinder auf dem Gang. Die Zimmer haben Brandschutztüren die unten abgeschnitten sind. dadurch kommt Nachts Licht und Lärm durch!

We spent a wonderful 8 days at this hotel, and the absolute highlight of our holiday was the restaurant and its service. ​From day one, the team impressed us with their professionalism. The staff members were extremely attentive, prompt, and friendly. Savvas, the restaurant manager, deserves a special mention—he is an amazing person with extraordinary energy and a rare, positive vibe. ​The food was delicious and varied at both breakfast and dinner, with great vegetarian options as well. During our stay, we caught two fantastic themed nights: ​Greek Night: A great celebration of traditional flavors. The food was spectacular, especially the souvlaki, which was so tender it melted in our mouths. The atmosphere was very fun; Savvas, the waiters, and some guests even danced the famous Zorba the Greek together. ​Italian Night: Delicious dishes paired with great wines and a wonderful atmosphere filled with famous Italian hits and well-known songs. A lovely touch was the staff's attire, as the waiters added small, themed accessories to their classic uniforms.
