El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien.la sauna hay que pedir que la enciendan 30min antes no había reloj en la piscina no había agua caliente en las duchas...las bebidas no estaban incluidas nos cobraron 20e por 3copas y una botella de agua...desayuno escaso y más típico de una casa rural no de un parador con el renombre que tiene ...y nada barato 281e...la verdad que espere otra cosa

Emplacement magnifique qui nous a fait venir là et nous avons été comblé. Les repas sont de qualité même si un peu cher. Le personnel était dans l'ensemble très aimable.

Location was excellent.

Food in restaurant a little pricey for quality. Furniture in lobby and sitting areas need update. Flies in room. Access to hotel parking is complicated because tourists not staying in hotel park along both sides of road entering hotel and block traffic. Very chaotic to drive in.

Akustyka - słychać kroki na korytarzu, prysznic z sąsiedniego apartamentu.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good on-house dinner and all of that in plain view of the Teide. Easy trails start nearby the hotel. We also enjoyed the swimmingpool.

Amazing position, right in the centre of the Teide National park, with fabulous views. Comfy room, with a stylish bathroom and balcony. Attractive lounge areas and a fine restaurant. Friendly staff.

We had a long wait for check-in. We asked for a room close to the lift for my disabled wife, but were allocated one right at the end of a long corridor (with three steps down half way along). It was over 100 steps , which my wife (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) found very difficult.
