L'emplacement de cet hotel est fantastique, au milieu du parc naturel et à proximité (10mn en voiture) du Téléphérique qui vous amène au sommet du volcan Teide. L'aménagement intérieur de cet hôtel est classique et ancien. Les lits sont confortables et les chambres bien isolées. Les plats du restaurant sont de qualité moyenne. Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant.

I especially liked the breakfast. It was a wonderful base for our chosen activity of star gazing The bedroom was spacious The location was unique

The evening meal wasn't the best quality The plates were cold leaving the meal luke warm We had a cockroach in our room The outside cafe was limited

En plein milieu du Parc del Teide. Parfait point de départ pour de multiples randos. Déco sobre à la"Paradores". Chouette salon avec cheminée monumentale. Les chambres sont plus spartiates mais propreté irréprochable. Literie et oreillers à la dure... Bon resto heureusement car pas d’alternative à des km...

Impossible de baisser le chauffage... Il faisait trop chaud. On a éteint et ouvert la fenêtre pour pouvoir dormir...

"Amazing location but disappointing overall"

The location is obviously amazing and despite the negative points it is worth it just for this.

The staff are rude and even disrespectful, they have no interest in making sure your stay is comfortable and you have everything you need. If you want to use the sauna it takes 1.5 hours to warm up so make sure to ask at reception (they don't let you know in advance). If you don't have breakfast included make sure to take snacks and coffee as the bar downstairs doesn't open.
