The location and the concept but shame the owner does not pay attention and does not invest in his hotel .. well over priced . Staff were great

The hotel is nowhere near of being a 5 star hotel .. I would say a poor 2 star hotel . The room need urgent refurbishment .. cracks all over walls , windows .. not clean at all , flies all over the room and bathroom .. well overpriced for such state and condition

Le lieu est tout simplement magique avec les vieilles ruines du château de fere à couper le souffle.

Le restaurant est clairement décevant, 1 h 30 pour avoir nos plats, On nous a redemandé plusieurs fois notre commande. Le rapport qualité prix est décevant pour un 5 étoiles. Je déconseille clairement de manger sur place.

Le personnel est charmant et le site a une âme, mais isolé.

Ce n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Couloir petit, salle à manger le soir vide, prix élevés et pas de personnel pour nous accueillir (nous sommes allés manger avec des amis ailleurs). Moquette , revêtement mural et plafond tâchés par endroit et baignoire peu pratique

Everything, from Check in to checkout all the staff were so attentive and friendly. In eight they even brought in the chef for us to sit in the dining room and have dinner, all the food we had here is quality and the best we had in France. Nothings too much and the grounds are amazing, I ran around the estate and enjoyed a 7km walk. The ruins are a massive bonus and the history here is so interesting. The room upgrade was an added bonus. Cannot wait for the spa to be redone so we can visit again. The champagne is a must too.
