Buen lugar para un fin de semana tranquilo.

Très belle expérience.

Todo terrible!! Solo hay una persona en el hotel para atender todas las necesidades, no hay aire acondicionado en los cuartos, no hay wifi, te lo ofrecen pero no te lo dan, no hay luz en los pasillos, parece la casa del terror!! en la regadera solo hay una de mano y no tienes donde ponerla para darte un baño…, no te quedes ahí, no es una linda experiencia!!

Logement à l'occasion d'une étape. Très beau cadre et environnement calme. Une belle suite dans une des tours du château.

Personnel au niveau de nos attentes :nous avons apprécié l'environnement de l'hôtel et merci pour le surclassement de la chambre petit déjeuner et diner au top nous ne pouvons seulement conseiller votre établissement

L'ascenseur était en panne depuis apparemment un bon moment. On n'a pas été prévenu. J'ai dû monter et descendre l'escalier monumental qui conduit au 1er alors que je marche avec une canne. Ça a été un calvaire même si le maître d'hôtel très aimable m'a aidé.

L'accueille et un dépaysement du quotidien et pour un jour exceptionnel. que du bonheur.

Cet hôtel est une grande demeure qui vos surement le détour. La restauration est divine et digne d'un grand chef. La salle de restaurant est sous une verrière aménager qui est magnifique .

This was a birthday treat for my wife, so we stayed at a hotel that we had passed many times and heard a lot about. We had a double room but no A/C which was needex. We did find a fan, so we put up with the noise. We looked forward to the lovely pool only to be told it was not in use due to re-tiling, most disappointing. Good news though, the new Spa facilities were now open but the new spa pool was not fit for use. I treated my wife to a massage and I got free use of the sauna's, ice cascade, cold tipping bucket and new computerised shower with sound effect and lighting, very very good. The Spa staff were excellent. The restaurant was lovely, the food delicious and staff courteous. Overall, I thought that the hotel lacked readiness, especially the lack of the swimming pools and general tidyness. The tennis court was not fit for purpose and needs a complete overhaul. I do however expect to return before the summer season ends.
