"Très, très bof"

Très déçu par notre séjour. Chambre demandée au calme mais nous avons eu à côté de l'ascenseur, côté parking et rue. Chambre sans climatisation avec un petit ventilateur de misère. Accueil réduit en deça du minimum : une enveloppe avec une clé sans savoir dans quelle partie des batiments nous logions ni l'étage. En tant que résidant à l'hotel ... pas de place au restaurant : la réponse a été "voyez à Périgueux si vous trouvez un restaurant". Petit déjeuner très ordinaire (pour le prix) dans une salle très bruyante avec musique forte et inadaptée à l'endroit. Bref beaucoup d’esbroufe autour du chateau pour des prestations pas à la hauteur !

Très bon accueil et très beau cadre. Nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit donc n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps d'en profiter. Très bien placé, excellent rapport qualité/prix.

"Exceptional"

It was so exceptional to be able to stay at a real, if small, castle. Our suite was delightfully spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The receptionist was wonderfully warm and inviting. We had a marvelous dinner at the restaurant. The only flaw was that the scrambled eggs were a bit tired at the breakfast buffet. Overall though all else was perfect.

"Hôtel aux prétentions sans prestations adéquates."

Hôtel vieillissant aux prestations qui ne correspondent pas à un 4 étoiles. Les parties communes plus que défraîchies (papier peint décollé, peintures écaillées et salies,...) Petit déjeuner n'est absolument pas à la hauteur d'un établissement de ce type - à 9h30 (petit déjeuner servi de 7 à 10h) plus aucun plat chaud, plus aucun fromage ou jambon, par exemple. Restent 2 malheureuses baguettes et un morceau de brioche. Ce fut notre premier et dernier petit déjeuner pris dans l'hôtel durant un séjour de 5 nuits. Bref une très grande déception et incompréhension comment cet hôtel peut être classé 4 étoiles.

"Excellent"

We liked the Chateau but it is on a busy industrial street. It is set back so the noise is minimal and the facility itself is beautiful. The staff was helpful and the food was excellent. They only have a limited menu on Monday nights. The grounds are pleasant
