Le relais fleuri, Hôtel et restaurant Logis - Avallon

Hotel tres confortable, mais nous fumes un peu decu de decouvrir un motel au lieu d'une auberge (on s'est fié au nom Relais Fleuri). Ceci mis à part c'est une tres agreable etape bourguignonne.

Stopped off on drive through. Rooms are basic, pool and hotel grounds very nice, but the restaurant was excellent and not too expensive. Well worth a stopover just for the food but make a reservation first, it was busy even on a Wednesday night.

This is a great hotel which we keep returning to year after year. The hotel is set in lovely grounds and is very convenient for Avallon, Vezelay and the Morvan national park. The restaurant is excellent and the breakfast is very good. Excellent bar and lovely swimming pool. Staff are helpful, friendly and efficient.

Good overnight stop. Very quiet rooms. The evening meal took over one hour from sitting down to being served. The menu seemed quite limited and breakfast was far too expensive at 14€ each.

THIS IS A VERY PLEASANT MOTEL STYLE HOTEL. LOVELY GROUNDS AND SWIMMING POOL. EXCELLENT RESTAURANT AND BAR. VERY GOOD BREAKFAST. THE HOTEL IS VERY CONVENIENT FOR NEARBY MAJOR ROUTES AND IS CONVENIENT FOR VISITS TO VEZELAY, AVALLON, ETC.

Functional hotel, good for my stopover

We spent two nights there and were very pleased with the room and the restaurant. I will remember their very special breakfast buffet for a long time.

We have been here three times. It's a motel in the countryside , with clean simple rooms. What makes the difference is the food. It' s French cuisine at its best. Enough staff to look after you in the restaurant and a great experience. Also we have a dog and the grounds are big enough to take a good walk around.

We only stayed 1 night here but could have willingly stayed more! It is set out in a motel style with rooms having patio doors to access an outdoor seating area. The pool is lovely with plenty of seating. Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again, our only negative about the place would be that the food is very pricey and we would look to eat elsewhere if we did actually stay again. Overall a great stopover.
