Very good location and also very clean. Stuff at the reception, both upon arrival and check out was extremely nice! Very big plus for this hotel. Amazing view from the room's window. Also just a 6 min walk from the train station makes it a very nice location. It was good value for money

No heating at 4th floor. I know it was early October, but it snowed during the night before we left. I was freezing in the room and slept with a hoodie under de duvet. Tried to call the reception, but there isn't anybody to pick up in the evening.

"Fabulous mountain, friendly hotel."

Our room had a view of the Matterhorn. It was spacious, clean with comfortable bed and a great shower. It was a short walk away from the town centre and restaurants. Breakfast was good with fresh eggs on request.

Personnels accueillants et dévoués. Emplacement tout près de la rue principale dans un coin plus tranquille À 5 minutes à pied de la gare où tous les touristes doivent arriver. Piscine Vue exceptionnel sur les montagnes Bref,retourner à Zermatt, direction Hotel Métropole certain.

We absolutely love our stay at Metropol Spa Hotel. The views, the swimming pool/spa, the proximity to everything, the services, the room size and the friendliness of the staff, everything was perfect, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is seeking a comfortable time at Zermatt.
